Raipur, 09 May 2017 - Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh reviewed the working of the revenue department in a meeting held here in his residence office tonight. He instructed the officials to ensure that every patwari must be available every Monday and Tuesday in the Gram Panchayat Bhawan in his headquarters for the convenience of the public so that farmers and villagers of the area can contact for their tasks.
The Chief Minister instructed that during these two days, Patwari would not go to any officer on call. Even during the Chief Minister's visit or on specific VIP persons presence, Patwari would not leave his headquarters for these two days.
The Chief Minister apprised the various works costing around Rs. 150 crore from the Environment Infrastructure Development Cess Fund.
